In order to make shopping in Kawaii Stations as enjoyable as possible, please take the time to read Kawaii Stations' shop policies:
1. Once you have made an order, the items will be reserved for you for 72 hours. After 72 hours have passed without payment, the reservation will be cancelled without notice. If you are unable to make payment in 72 hours, please inform and us and we will reserve the items for a longer period.
2. Items bought are not refundable or exchangeable.
3. Kawaii Stations doesn't take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the delivery process. However, Kawaii Stations will help customers contact Post Office.
4. Due to the brightness of monitor or camera exposure, color of items will vary from the real items. Kawaii Stations will do whatever possible to ensure that the color closely match the item.
5. All the fabrics will be cut by hand (not machine), therefore there might be a difference of 1~5cm in measurement.
6. All prices stated are final. No negotiation please. If there is room for discount, Kawaii Stations will definitely give it.
7. Full payment must be made before posting out the items.
